We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. This exciting role will focus on selling our comprehensive suite of products, including exhibition stands, seminars, curated sponsorship packages, and digital solutions.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new business revenues while growing existing relationships. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue from existing accounts and expand into the rapidly expanding vendor universe.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, with the ability to forecast and plan for short, medium, and long-term goals. Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and effective communication will also be essential in this role.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, networking and socializing productively. High energy, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and a hunger to outperform market growth will set you apart.

Your salary will be £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days' holiday, an end-of-year wellbeing shutdown, and a pension scheme.
