With a focus on international incentive travel events, we are seeking Senior Event Sales Executives to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with luxury hotels and top events companies, driving growth through strategic sales, recruitment, and account management.
The Role:
- We are looking for highly organised individuals with a KPI-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the events industry in a sales capacity, preferably from a 5* hotelier or luxury incentive travel company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, building relationships with key partners and suppliers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and changes, using this knowledge to drive business forward.
- Conduct proactive market research, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Recruit senior-level events professionals, expanding our network of contacts.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
