About the Role

This SEN Teaching Assistant position is a great opportunity for an experienced educator to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping pupils with challenging behaviour and SEND to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Education or Special Inclusive Education, as well as experience working with challenging behaviour and SEND. They will also be confident and resilient in challenging situations, with a strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues alike.
