Supporting SEN Pupils in a Mainstream Setting

Role Overview
As a Resource Provision Assistant for SEN Learners, you will be working closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted interventions and provide personalized support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with SEN pupils and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teaching staff.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist SEN pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating in lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learners' needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in supporting SEN pupils.
Key Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent degree.
- Relevant experience working with SEN learners in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
