We are currently seeking a highly motivated SEN Learning Mentor to join our team at a mainstream secondary school in Birmingham.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to their special educational needs. As a SEN Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, developing strategies to overcome barriers to learning, and collaborating with teaching staff to ensure student progress.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with SEN. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £92,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and £90-£105 per day rate.
