About the Role
The Learning Mentor will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, developing tailored learning plans and implementing creative strategies to engage students. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support.

Key Responsibilities
Support students with SEN in a KS3 and KS4 setting; Develop and implement individualized learning plans; Create resources and materials to support student learning; Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
