About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Learning Assistant for SEN Students to join our specialist school in Birmingham. This rewarding role presents an exceptional chance to gain invaluable experience in education, particularly in supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), physical needs, Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

Responsibilities:

  2. Support Inclusive Practices: Participate in the creation of inclusive lesson plans, adapting resources and strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  3. Enhance Student Experience: Organize activities and workshops that cater to the interests and abilities of our students, promoting social interaction, confidence building, and skill development.
