Educational Assistant for Students with SEN

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Birmingham. As a key member of our staff, you will support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help them achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students receive the necessary assistance.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
