Support Assistant for SEN Students

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have experience supporting students with complex needs and a commitment to providing tailored support?

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Ofsted-rated Outstanding SEN school in Dudley. Our school caters to pupils aged 4-19 with severe and profound learning difficulties, including those with Autism Spectrum Conditions and complex medical needs.

  1. Provide individualized support to SEN students, promoting their confidence and independence.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to regular team meetings.

We require an enhanced child and adult DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working with SEN children in a school or similar setting preferred.
  • A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to learning and behaviour support.
  • A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.

Salary: £425 - £450 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
