Dedicated Support Worker for Students with SEN

We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker for Students with SEN to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.
Main Duties:The main duties of this role include:
- Providing support to students with SEN in both group and one-on-one settings.
- Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and support student progress.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.).
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning and development.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £83.00 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
