SEN Education Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN teaching assistant to join our team at CV-Library. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Speech & Language Difficulties.
As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, tailoring assistance to their unique needs. You will also collaborate with the teaching team to implement personalised education plans and monitor progress effectively.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SLD and Speech & Language Difficulties.
- A genuine passion for special education and the desire to support young learners in achieving their best.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding in providing support to children with diverse needs.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum
