Key Responsibilities
  1. Classroom Support: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in classroom settings, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  2. Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Assist in developing and implementing IEPs, ensuring each student receives the necessary support to succeed.
  3. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A strong background in working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach, with a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
