We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Willo Education, a Special Needs School in London.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will work with students who have a range of additional needs, creating personalised working plans and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and other staff to provide holistic support.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Promote inclusion and encourage social and emotional skills development.
Requirements:

To be successful, you must hold a QTS and have experience teaching in an SEN environment.

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience teaching in an SEN environment.
  • Up-to-date DBS check.
  • Patience, empathy, and passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Estimated salary: £63,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
