**Job Description:

Support Individuals with SEND

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. As an SEN Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to students with complex needs, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in a safe and nurturing environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in health and social care, special education, or a related field (Minimum Level 3)
  • Additional training in behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, or other relevant areas
