">About The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional SEN Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an 'Outstanding' secondary school in the vibrant ward of Edgbaston. As a vital member of our team, you will provide personalized support to SEN pupils, working closely with our experienced teaching staff to create tailored learning plans and deliver one-on-one or small group sessions.

- Support the development and implementation of personalized learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils.">
- Work collaboratively with class teachers to differentiate lesson materials and promote inclusivity and accessibility for all pupils.">
- Monitor individual pupil progress, reporting findings to the SEN coordinator and relevant teaching staff.">
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils requiring additional support.">
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages the growth and achievement of all pupils.
We are looking for a graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree who is passionate about supporting children with SEN. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability. Knowledge of SEN strategies and intervention techniques is highly beneficial.
