">About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an SEN Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at an 'Outstanding' secondary school in the vibrant ward of Edgbaston. As a key member of our team, you will support SEN pupils across different age groups, working closely with our experienced teaching staff to create tailored learning plans and deliver one-on-one or small group sessions.

- Develop and implement personalized learning strategies to meet the unique needs of SEN pupils.">
- Collaborate with class teachers to differentiate lesson materials and ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all pupils.">
- Maintain accurate records of individual pupil progress, reporting findings to the SEN coordinator and relevant teaching staff.">
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils requiring additional support.">
- Cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes the well-being and achievement of all pupils.
We are looking for a graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree who possesses a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN. You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability. Knowledge of SEN strategies and intervention techniques is highly desirable.
