Role Description:

As a Primary Education Professional, you will work with pupils who have complex Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering tailored education, collaborating with therapy professionals, and building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.

About the Job:

  • Deliver inclusive education to meet the diverse needs of pupils
  • Work collaboratively with therapy professionals and other staff to support pupil development
  • Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
