About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential life skills.
  • Work with students aged 5-16 who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and provide individualized support to meet their needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Prioritize student safety and well-being, maintaining a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
