About the Job:

ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Support Staff for SEN Students to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and young people with special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs. They will be able to provide personalized support to students, assist with daily living skills, and encourage students to participate in activities and engage with their peers.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assist students with daily living skills, such as toileting and mealtime routines
  • Encourage students to participate in activities and engage with their peers

Our Offering:

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system. Additionally, we provide pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period), FREE training to help with your professional development, and a generous refer a friend or colleague bonus scheme.
