
Support Staff for ASD Student

We are looking for a compassionate and patient support staff member to join our team and work with a 13-year-old student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour.
About the JobThe successful candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with the student and help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Support the student with their educational and personal needs.
- Assist the student with social interactions and communication.
- Help the student develop strategies to manage their challenging behaviour.
- Experience working with students with ASD and challenging behaviour (preferred).
- Experience working with SEN (essential).
- Enhanced DBS certification or willingness to undergo a new check.
- Minimum two good references.
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
