About the Role:Aspire People is seeking a committed and empathetic individual to support students with special educational needs in Birmingham. This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide tailored support and promote student achievement.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one support to students in need, adapting your approach to meet their unique requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture by promoting empathy and understanding among students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with complex needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
- Be part of a supportive and inclusive school community.
- Access to professional development opportunities.
