**About the Role**

The Special Educational Needs Assistant will provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, adapting their approach to meet individual requirements. They will also assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation and delivery, contributing to the development of learning resources and activities.

Maintaining accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address these is also a key responsibility of this role. This position requires previous experience working with children and young people with special educational needs.
