We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team at a mixed SEND School in Birmingham. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with complex needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, providing one-to-one support to students, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience and understanding when interacting with students who may exhibit challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with autism and complex needs. You will also need to be able to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.
