Job Description:

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher to join our team. As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students with SEN
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student
  3. Contribute to the creation of resources and materials that support student learning and engagement
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of SEN and have experience working with students who require additional support. You will also need to be patient, creative, and able to adapt your teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student.
