Teaching Professional for Students with SEN

We are recruiting an experienced Teaching Professional for Students with SEN to join our vibrant community at a respected Secondary SEN School in Selly Oak. As a seasoned educator, you will contribute significantly to shaping the educational journey of students with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other complex learning needs.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering adaptive lesson plans, fostering positive relationships with parents and carers, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cohesive support for students. To be successful in this role, you must hold a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have substantial experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs. We also value strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £150,000, taking into account the national average for a teacher with similar qualifications and experience.
