**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage all customers and sites within the designated area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in line with regional budgets.
* Retain and grow the existing customer base while revitalizing dormant accounts.
* Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring alignment with company policies.
* Conduct site surveys and assist with Health & Safety assessments as required.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues efficiently.

* Proven sales experience in the powered access or plant hire industries.
* Be results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
