Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth and expand client relationships across the Midlands region

- Manage both new and existing clients, exceeding sales targets while ensuring alignment with our client's quality and safety standards

- Retain and grow the existing customer base while revitalizing dormant accounts

- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring alignment with company policies

- Conduct site surveys and assist with Health & Safety assessments as required

- Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region

Requirements:

- Excellent sales and business development skills

- Strong understanding of the powered access and plant hire industry

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
