Business Development Manager

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities, delivering on customer requirements while maintaining a quality service within target market sectors.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales/business development experience within a similar environment and must be able to demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the Business Development Director and Divisional Managing Director
- Develop and build long-term professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
