Senior Business Development Manager

A leading engineering supplier based in the West Midlands is seeking a Technical Account Manager. This company specialises in the design, manufacture, and assembly of precision components and machine tools. With over 30 years of industry experience, they serve a diverse range of sectors, offering products such as special-purpose machines, jigs, fixtures, press tools, moulds, and gauges. They also provide general machining services, focusing on precise tolerances for small-batch production and one-off components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
What We Offer:
- Negotiable salary (circa £50k) + bonus + car + pension.
- Flexible working arrangements, with 1 day per week on-site and the remainder spent visiting customers.
