International Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking an ambitious International Sales and Business Development Lead to drive our channel sales efforts outside the US and Canada. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development plans to achieve revenue targets in designated territories and client segments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, or Healthcare-related industries and a passion for building and maintaining strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and other departments to identify and develop new market opportunities for the Jubilant Radiopharma portfolio.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Key responsibilities include market development and strategic planning, sales execution and performance, client and partner relationship management, reporting and market intelligence, pipeline and opportunity management, and performing additional duties as assigned by management. You will also be responsible for representing Jubilant Radiopharma at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation within the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7-10 years of sales experience in Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, or Healthcare-related industries.
- Background in Nuclear Medicine Technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with channel partners.
- In-depth knowledge of medical distribution in target countries.
- Strong pharmaceutical or medical knowledge base.
- Solid understanding of institutional and business-to-business sales processes.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare market in Europe and other regions outside the US and Canada (e.g., Middle East).
