Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Disaronno International UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Key Account Multiple Operators in the On Trade across the Spirits Category, with a focus on growing volume and distribution of existing SKU's through commercial partnerships and innovative visibility and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or related field within the UK On/Off Trade.
- Proven success of launching NPD into the UK.
- Experience of spirits would be advantageous.
- Strong commercial/financial understanding and ability to interpret performance data.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum.
