About the Role:
We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join a leading company in the beauty, aesthetics, and medical devices sector. This role is primarily focused on driving new business growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within salons, aesthetic skin clinics, and medical practices. You will play a key role in expanding the client base and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the beauty, aesthetics, and medical industry, focusing on salons, spas, aesthetic skin clinics, and medical practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate a range of cutting-edge aesthetic devices to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of the technology.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to stay informed about the latest trends and product developments.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase products and generate new leads.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Must hold an NVQ3 or equivalent, as you will need to demonstrate the device.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the beauty, aesthetics, or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare devices and aesthetic equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a particular passion for new business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
- Familiarity with market trends in beauty technology and aesthetic treatments.
- Sales experience in a B2B environment, with field sales experience.
- Previous experience working within the Aesthetic, Beauty & Spa industry.
- A valid driving license.
