A leading cybersecurity provider, specializing in innovative, high-performance security solutions. Looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the growing Cyber Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the presence in both the private and public sectors.


Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity sales to drive business growth. With at least 5 years’ experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions such as penetration testing and incident response, you will work closely with clients to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve outbound prospecting, developing tailored pitches, and collaborating across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead prospecting efforts through phone calls, emails, social media, and creative methods to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships by educating prospective clients and ensuring a great first impression.
  • Account Planning: Research key decision-makers and work with the sales team to target high-value accounts, tailoring strategies to both the private and public sectors.
  • Proposal Delivery: Lead pitch preparation and present proposals to prospective clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Identify industry trends and client issues to inform campaigns and discussions with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of strategies.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, particularly in complex solutions like penetration testing and incident response.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Experience with account planning and persona mapping.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset.
  • A passion for cybersecurity, relationship-building, and business development.
