About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring:




  • A proven track record in software sales, including successful business development and client management.
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales processes, and a clear approach to recruiting and growing a cohesive sales team.
  • Industry experience of winning business in sectors like manufacturing, retail, logistics, packaging, consumer brands, energy, construction, or similar.
