Job Title: Sales Director – Software Solutions
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our software sales operations, manage a talented team, and drive significant growth. As a results-driven sales leader with proven experience in the software industry, you will be passionate about team success, strategy, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives lead generation, strengthens existing client relationships, and captures new business opportunities.
- Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of Business Development Managers, creating a culture that motivates and supports personal and professional growth.
- Operational Excellence: Refine internal sales processes and operations to maximise productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- A proven track record in software sales, including successful business development and client management.
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales processes, and a clear approach to recruiting and growing a cohesive sales team.
- Industry experience of winning business in sectors like manufacturing, retail, logistics, packaging, consumer brands, energy, construction, or similar is advantageous.
