**Job Title:** UK Energy Solutions Executive

GivEnergy is seeking an experienced executive to lead our domestic energy storage portfolio and drive revenue growth in the UK. As a highly accomplished director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and strengthen our position as a trusted brand in the battery industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the UK.
  • Sales Team Management: Grow and lead a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets and providing clear direction and motivation.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the UK.
  • Contract Procurement: Negotiate favourable contract terms with customers, distributors, wholesalers, suppliers, and government departments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales data and monitor performance, preparing regular reports for the board.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage risks associated with manufacturing, supply chain logistics, and market dynamics.

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus an enhanced bonus scheme and company vehicle.
