Sales Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Director to join our team in Newcastle under Lyme, United Kingdom. As an experienced sales professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform client strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
