Agriculture Sales Director

Secure Retail is a leading provider of secure and bespoke omnichannel payment solutions. We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our sales strategy and develop a high-performing team.
As Sales Director, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Align with our company's growth objectives and drive sales growth.
- Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Coach, mentor, and provide necessary tools and resources to ensure team success.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with technical, operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Track key sales performance metrics to measure progress and report to the Management team and the Board.
