**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at HBD Partners in Central London. The successful candidate will have commercial responsibility for two of our hotels in Central London, focusing on all segments but predominantly Groups and Corporate transient.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a progressive and tech-driven brand who are looking to challenge the status quo. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering agreed managed segment budgets for assigned hotels and managing the hotel sales team to achieve overall sales targets across all managed segments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in these markets as well as existing contacts, and will need to be entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in hotel sales, preferably in Central London.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, results-orientated, and proactive.
