Mayfair Hotel Sales and Marketing Executive

James Webber Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Mayfair Hotel Sales and Marketing Executive to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Mayfair, London. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and events management within the hospitality industry, with a focus on private dining experiences, conferences, and events. You will work closely with the Sales Events Director to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor revenue streams, and expand revenue opportunities within the events division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue through various sales methods
- Maintaining strong relationships with event agencies and third-party partners
- Conducting sales presentations to the board and driving business development
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Digital, and Social Media teams to promote the hotel and event spaces
- Identifying problems and reacting to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
