We are looking for a skilled Pricing and Sales Professional to join our team at the Great Northern Hotel. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective pricing and distribution strategies to maximize room revenue. If you have a passion for data analysis and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you

About the Role:
  • You will analyze historical data and market trends to forecast room demand, occupancy, and revenue.
  • You will develop room rate structures to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive market positioning.
  • You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure promotional offers align with revenue goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2-5 years of experience in revenue management, a strong analytical mind, and expertise in pricing models, forecasting, and market analysis. You should also be proficient in Marriott systems (One Yield, MARSHA) or similar revenue management systems. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
