About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Director to join our client's team in the UK. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of luxury aparthotels across London and the UK, driving business growth, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Hotel General Managers to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication, effective resource allocation, and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a Hotel Operations Director or similar role, with a strong background in Front of House and Rooms Division operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
