Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our sales and marketing team at The NoMad Hotel. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for soliciting and growing business on both a transient and group level. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth, you will have the opportunity to work across various segments and at one of London's Worlds 50 Best Hotels.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and participate in an active sales solicitation program to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  2. Initiate and follow up on leads in a timely manner, utilizing effective communication skills and negotiation techniques to achieve successful outcomes.
  3. Regularly contact existing accounts and contacts to drive transient and group business, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business opportunities.
  4. Entertain clients through site inspections, outside calls, and other events to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  5. Meet or exceed set revenue goals across various segments within the business, utilizing data analysis and market trends to inform sales strategies.
