Business Development Director

Are you a motivated and organised sales professional looking for a new challenge? Aimtech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Growth Opportunities Specialist to join our team.
As a Growth Opportunities Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and closing deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
You will have a strong understanding of the Azure landscape, experience of closing deals between £500,000 to £1,000,000, and demonstrable experience of 360 selling.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions with an OTE of £150,000-£175,000 in year one. The role is hybrid, with only 2-3 days of onsite work per month.
