Sales Director

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our revenue growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will lead a high-performing team in driving sales and boosting revenue.
About the RoleIn this key position, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies that deliver measurable results and align with business objectives. Your focus will be on developing the corporate bookings arm of the business, working closely with marketing to ensure seamless coordination between campaigns and revenue-driving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, coaching and empowering the sales team to reach their full potential.
- Design and implement sales strategies that deliver measurable results and align with business goals.
- Partner with marketing to ensure seamless coordination between campaigns and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Track team performance, hit ambitious targets, and quickly address any obstacles.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve processes and drive sales growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Considerable tenure in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within food and beverage or hospitality.
- Experience working with high-revenue stream businesses (£20 million+).
- A passion for mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
- A data-driven approach with strong financial acumen.
- New openings experience.
- A love for food, drink, and creating outstanding guest experiences.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
