Business Development Lead

We are seeking a talented Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team at Trafalgar Scientific Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading independent Life Sciences Laboratory supplier, supporting several key sectors across the UK & Ireland.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. With your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships, you will ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers, conducting routine account reviews and identifying business growth opportunities
- Frequently meet with customers via video conference call, making appointments in advance
- Update and maintain CRM – Customer contacts, meeting details and opportunities
- Advise on product portfolio to stimulate new business, promote new products and provide solutions to customers' requirements
Salary: £45,000 per annum
