About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading customers in Scotland for our leading organisation in Optical Diagnostic equipment, achieving sales and profit targets, and building long-term relationships with NHS, Universities, and Private Optical Practices.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by selling optical diagnostic products to all customer groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS, Universities, and Private Optical Practices.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead educational events in line with company strategies.
  • Train end-users on the company's equipment and software.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and competitor activity.
