About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to protect and grow existing customer accounts across multiple industries.

You will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager and the team to improve sales processes and drive business growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to manage customers' accounts effectively, deliver best-in-class service, and achieve targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. You will have a valid UK driving licence and thrive in a high-pressure sales environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to protect and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Manage customers' accounts effectively to ensure delivery of best-in-class service.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the team to improve sales processes and drive business growth.

**What We Offer:
