Sales Development Manager for Industrial Products

About the Role:
You will take responsibility for managing new business development in Scotland, covering traditional markets such as Industrial, Manufacturing, Catering, Furniture, and Healthcare. The key to success lies in mapping your territory effectively, engaging at the right level with customers, and performing a thorough needs-analysis process to populate a quality pipeline of opportunities.
The role requires a strong B2B sales background and excellent closing skills. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities through effective territory mapping and customer engagement
- Perform thorough needs-analysis to understand customer requirements
- Closing sales deals to meet revenue targets
