Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development and Client Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Bid on new business opportunities and secure new clients through effective relationship-building and proposal development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- A keen understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute effective plans
